Our photography and videography studio rental is $95 per hour and is for photo sessions and video production only; it does not include a photographer or event setup. Event rentals in either the Sunroom or Moonlight Court are available in 3-, 4-, 6-, and 12-hour blocks. Monday–Thursday pricing is $549 for 3 hours, $725 for 4 hours, $995 for 6 hours, or $1,495 for 12 hours. Friday–Sunday pricing is $695 for 3 hours, $895 for 4 hours, $1,295 for 6 hours, or $1,795 for 12 hours. For larger gatherings, our full-day Sunroom + Moonlight Court rental includes both spaces for 12 hours at $2,999. Great for corporate events, customer appreciation events, or retreats. All event setup and cleanup must fit within your reserved rental block. To check availability, visit sunroomstudio.co/book and choose “A.) Sunroom Studio” for photography/videography, “B.). The Sunroom Private Event Space” for an event in the Sunroom, “C.) Moonlight Court Private Event Space” for an event in Moonlight Court, or “D. Sunroom+Moonlight Court” to reserve both spaces. Select your preferred rental package, then choose your date and time. If your desired date or time does not appear, it is already booked and unavailable.

Booking does require a 50% non refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be due 60 days before your event date.
