Planning a photo session, celebration, or company gathering in downtown Waco? Sunroom Studio and Moonlight Court offer flexible rental options for creative projects and private events. Here’s a breakdown of our pricing, how to check availability, and what to plan for before your rental ends.
Photography & Videography Studio Rental
Our photography and videography studio rental is $95 per hour. This option gives you access to Sunroom Studio for photo sessions, video production, branding content, and other creative projects.
This is a space rental only. A photographer is not included, and photography/videography reservations do not include event setup. If you’re hosting a shower, party, workshop, or other gathering, please select an event rental.
Sunroom & Moonlight Court Event Rental Pricing
Whether you choose the Sunroom or Moonlight Court, our individual event spaces have the same rental pricing. Choose a block that allows enough time for decorating, vendor arrival, your event, and cleanup.

These rates apply to one event space: either the Sunroom or Moonlight Court.
Full-Day Rental of Both Spaces
Need more room? Our Sunroom + Moonlight Court full-day rental is $2,995 for 12 hours and includes both spaces.
This option is great for corporate events, customer appreciation events, retreats, and celebrations that benefit from separate areas for gathering, dining, or activities.
How to Check Availability & Book

Choose your rental service. Select “A.) Sunroom Studio” for photography and videography, “B.). The Sunroom Private Event Space” for an event in the Sunroom, “C.) Moonlight Court Private Event Space” for an event in Moonlight Court, or “D. Sunroom+Moonlight Court” for both spaces.
Select your rental package. For an individual event space, choose your weekday or weekend option and the number of hours you need. For both spaces, select the full-day combined rental.
Choose your date and time. The booking calendar displays availability for your selected service and package. If your preferred date or time does not appear, it is already booked and unavailable. Please email or call to double check if your date is not available.
Complete the booking steps. Follow the prompts to enter your information and finish your reservation. A non-refundable 50% downpayment is due at the time of booking and the remainder is due 60 days before your event. If your event is less than 60 days away, at the time of booking, the complete payment is due to book.

Include Setup & Cleanup in Your Rental Time
Your event rental block includes all setup, event time, trash removal, and cleanup. Please plan for decorating, vendor arrivals, food setup, and packing up when choosing your package.
For example, a three hour rental means you have three hours total to set up, host your gathering, clean, remove all trash and debris, and exit the space. If you want more time to enjoy your event, choosing a longer block can give you the breathing room you need.
Cleanup Requirements Before You Leave
We require the space to be cleaned before you exit and before your reserved rental time ends. Please leave enough time to:
Wipe up all spills and messes.
Sweep the floor and pick up debris.
Remove your decorations, food, drinks, personal belongings, and vendor items.
Empty all trash into the bins in the alley next to the building.
Plan to have your cleanup finished and everyone out of the space by the end of your reservation. Assigning cleanup tasks ahead of time can make wrapping up easier.
