Sunroom Studio Terms & Conditions

By booking a session through this page, you (the client) agree to the following terms and conditions for the rental and use of Sunroom Studio, located in Waco, TX:

1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance via this scheduling platform.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Your time slot is not secured until payment is completed.

Rates are subject to change and are non-negotiable.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sunroom Studio does not offer cancellations at this time, only rescheduling.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Rescheduling without a 24 hour notice are subject to a 25% rescheduling fee.

3. Studio Use & Responsibilities
The studio is to be used exclusively for photography and videography purposes unless written permission is given for another use.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all activities are safe, lawful, and respectful of the space.

The Client must return the studio to its original condition at the end of the session, including:

Cleaning up all equipment, trash, and personal items

Resetting furniture or props if moved

Reporting any damages immediately

Locking all doors before leaving

Returning the key to the lockbox after locking the door

4. Damage & Liability
The Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the studio space, equipment, or property during their booking, whether caused by themselves, their clients, or their guests.

A damage fee may be charged if the space or equipment is returned in unacceptable condition.

Sunroom Studio and its owners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen property during the use of the studio.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sunroom Studio and its owners from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the Client’s use of the studio.

5. Equipment & Props
Use of in-house equipment and props is allowed only with prior consent and must be handled with care.

Any equipment malfunctions or issues must be reported immediately.

6. Time Management
Your scheduled booking time includes setup and breakdown. Please plan accordingly.

Overtime will be charged in 1 hour increments at the current hourly rate if you exceed your booked time.

7. Conduct & Prohibited Activities
No smoking, vaping, open flames, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

No animals are allowed without prior written approval.

The studio reserves the right to terminate any session without refund if the Client engages in unsafe, disrespectful, or unlawful conduct.

8. Photography Release (if applicable)
By booking, you grant Sunroom Studio the right to use behind-the-scenes images taken by staff for marketing purposes, unless you opt out in writing prior to your session.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above.
